In 1991, Steven laid the foundation for his entrepreneurial journey by founding Alessandro Property Development, a landscape contracting business that flourished under his leadership, growing into a multi-million-dollar enterprise before its sale in late 2005.

Brought on initially as a consultant and later appointed as CEO of a mid-sized marketing firm, Mr. Alessandro showcased his exceptional talent for corporate restructuring, successfully navigating the company through a period of transformation. This experience served as the catalyst for Steven’s deeper immersion into the marketing world, ultimately leading him to cofound his own marketing company, Orange Bottle Media.

This pivotal moment marked the beginning of Steven’s journey as a trailblazer in business development and corporate restructuring. Mr. Alessandro’s unique blend of visionary leadership, strategic acumen, and hands-on experience has been instrumental in driving growth and profitability for the organizations he’s been involved with.

In the end… Steven inevitably went back to doing what he loved most… Returning to his passion in 2007, he cofounded Lawn Elements, Inc., which was later rebranded as Devon Creek. Today, Steven Alessandro is the visionary CEO at the helm of Devon Creek Landscaping & Devon Creek Franchise Group, a pioneering force in the franchising industry specializing in landscaping services.

With a steadfast commitment to excellence and a passion for innovation, Steven has developed a proven franchise model that empowers entrepreneurs to thrive in the competitive landscape industry. Outside of work, Steven is a dedicated family man and community member. A native of Long Island, he now resides in Charlotte, North Carolina, with his wife Veronica, and their five children. When not driving business success, he enjoys fishing, golfing, assembling Lego sets with his kids, or chauffeuring his children from one activity to another, cheering them on while making connections and fostering relationships.
