Maintenance Director

The responsibilities include:

  • Ability to create and maintain motivated team environment
  • Ensure project efficiency including prioritization and scheduling
  • Provide job direction, descriptions and performance reviews
  • Organization and understanding of accounts and contract details
  • Maintenance of equipment
  • Communications skills
  • Landscape knowledge a must

Entry-Level Landscape Designer

The right candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and solid knowledge of landscape development, plant life and local horticulture. Candidate will possess:

  • Ability to accurately survey site including measurements and grades
  • Knowledge of plant life specification
  • Conduct take offs/plant counts and cost estimation
  • Basic horticulture knowledge
  • Sales acumen
  • Organizational skills and punctual performance
  • AAS Degree in Landscape Development/or equivalent
  • Working knowledge of horticulture
  • Drafting, Auto CAD a plus!
